Pickleball In The Rain

From Elder George:

It’s been another good week in Kansas City.  We have met some great friends and I am learning a lot.  We had an epic Pickleball game in the rain and went bowling for my last P day in the Independence mission.

I have been studying a lot about faith.  We can have individual faith and group faith.  When a group of people have a desire and are in one heart and one mind, that process can help individuals.  Having a personal deep faith that is combined in a collective effort can be powerful.   God knows us, wants to bless us, and wants us to be happy.   I also want to work on making powerful and meaningful connections with others.  It is up to me to have the desire and then go and act in faith.

Next Monday, on Halloween,  I leave for Peru.  All my companions and fellow missionaries, my mission leaders, and the great people here have had a big impact in my life and have been very supportive.  I will miss everyone and have loved my time here!

Have a great week!
