Unity And Da Henries
It’s been a good week. The weather is warm and humid but nice. We had some next level Polynesian food at a friend’s house and Elder Neal made some sourdough bread. I’ve been trying to write in my journal every day in Spanish. If my kids want to read my journal down the road, they are going to have to learn Spanish!
I have been studying a lot of topics this week but one that sticks out to me is isolation and unity. Isolation and being alone isn’t good for us. We can start having negative thoughts about ourselves, and can experience shame and loneliness. Unity, on the flip side, is the opposite of isolation. God wants us to be there for each other and to love and support one another. I would encourage each of you to think of someone that you can reach out to this week to let them know they are not alone.
Have a great week.
