Blazing Hot

It’s been a great couple of weeks since my last email, so here's a quick update.  We have done some solid service, played Frisbee Golf and Ultimate Frisbee with the youth, and taught a lesson using Pokémon.  We had some good Thai food from a food truck and I made some pineapple curry that wasn’t bad.  It’s been blazing hot and humid here. 

 

I’ve been studying about grace and the redemptive power it has.  We need to give grace to ourselves and to others.  I have also been thinking how important it is to impart what you have.  When we share when we have learned, we are giving part of ourselves to others.  Share the things you have cultivated and the knowledge you have.

 

A thought for this week:  Find your own "why".
