The Word

Hola!

 

It’s been a great week here.  I went on exchanges, met with some friends, and went to zone conference.  I had some delicious food including a Papa Rellena, which is a potato stuffed with chicken and veggies and other stuff and then deep fried.  We also had a visitor named Luna (meow).

 

In my studies this week, I read this quote by President Nelson.  “In the Greek language of the New Testament, the Word was Logos, or ‘expression.’ It was another name for the Master.  That terminology may seem strange, but it is appropriate.  We use words to convey our expression to others.  So Jesus was the Word, or expression, of His Father to the World.”  I  really like that Jesus is the expression of and represents His Father.  We likewise can be a representative of Christ by the way we treat others.
